I have taught a variety of individuals, from adolescent dancers to collegiate dancers, and pre-physical therapy students to training board certified sports and orthopedic physical therapists. I believe that education, sharing evidence based resources, and collaboration is what opens doors and bridges gaps of knowledge when promoting health and preventing disease/injury in our communities.
