Please note that event tickets are non-refundable, and that by buying a ticket to an event you are agreeing to these terms.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service and this Release. You agree to assume any risk and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death, or damage to personal property, arising out of or associated with your voluntary participation in Baseline Dance’s programs, including all of its classes, events, activities and related transportation.
You understand that in order to provide the participant with quality instruction, the instructor at Baseline Dance will at times use hands-on contact as a vital component to aid in the learning of proper body alignment, turn-out, and placement.
You understand and affirm that by signing this Waiver and Release you are giving up considerable future legal rights by releasing Baseline Dance and their respective team members from all liability, whether or not caused by their negligence, for personal injury, death, or damage to personal property, arising out of or associated with your participation in Baseline Dance’s programs.
Your agreement is proof of your intention to execute a complete and unconditional Waiver and Release of all liability to the full extent of the law. You acknowledge and represent that you have read this Waiver and Release Agreement, understand it, and bought a ticket voluntarily, intending to legally bind yourself, yours heirs, executors and administrators to its terms and conditions.
You, yourself, authorize first-aid treatment using basic first-aid supplies to be provided to you as needed. In the event that an emergency contact cannot be reached, you give permission for Baseline Dance to arrange for necessary medical care. You understand and agree that you will be financially responsible for all aspects of such emergency medical care and you indemnify and hold Baseline Dance harmless for all damages, claims, and amounts paid or due in connection with such emergency medical care.
